You can only use secondary objects that will open access to new features.
For example - if some animal blocks your path, then try to distract him with food or another object. As soon as the predator turns away, run on. This is your only chance to get through the location. In this way, Adam will be able to cope with multiple tasks and get home.

All controls are integrated into the favor of the graphical interface of the game, where you have the opportunity to interact with active objects by moving the mouse cursor over them and pressing the left button of the game manipulator. The game has a large number of minor components that can be used only in a certain order. If you try to use them until you fulfill several specific requirements, the selected component will not be activated. Therefore, carefully monitor the sequence of your own actions.
